Why I Fight
When you’ve seen the difference, you can’t pretend it doesn’t matter.
Years later, we still see the difference.
Not in test scores.
Not in headlines.
In our children.
We see it in their communication skills.
In the way they speak to adults.
In their confidence.
In their willingness to create, to try new things, to build something of their own.
That didn’t happen by accident.
That happened because we made a change.
It happened because we listened when something didn’t feel right.
It happened because we chose differently.
That’s why I fight.
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s political.
Not because I enjoy conflict.
I fight because I have seen the difference with my own eyes.
When you’ve watched your child regain confidence…
When you’ve seen stress replaced with stability…
When you’ve watched growth happen because you made a hard decision…
You don’t forget that.
On March 4, 1681, King Charles II granted William Penn the charter for what became Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania was founded on the idea that individuals matter.
Families matter.
Choice matters.
Today, parents across this Commonwealth are reminding leaders of that truth.
We wear blue.
We share our stories.
We flood the zone.
Because when you know the difference — you don’t stay silent.
